Master’s degree in water resources & Engineer’s Degree in Rural Engineering, with over 29 years’ experience in the areas of rural development, hydro-agricultural development & infrastructure (drinking water, sanitation, irrigated areas, etc.), Sustainable Development, Climate Change, Nexus “WEFE”, Disaster risk reduction (DRR).:
With confirmed qualifications particular in:
- High-level management: Planning, prospective/Stratégic studies and Support program, Negotiation of cooperation and financing agreements
with TFPs / Donors, Implementation of international cooperation projects/programs (evaluation and supervision missions, performance reports, mid-term, completion reports, ex-post report, etc.);
-Management, Procedures, and Implementation infrastructure projects (hydro-agricultural, rural development and basic services: Negotiation of contracts, Studies / Design and Execution.
Mastery of emerging and cross-cutting political issues, such as: good governance, promotion of human rights to water and sanitation, gender equality, involvement of society civil, decentralization.
- Environment & Development and cross-cutting approaches: CC (Mit. & Adap.), Environmental management, SDGs, DRR, Nexus (Water, Energy, Agric. and Ecosyst.).
- Planning and Management of Hydraulic Resources (IWRM);

– National Correspondent of the AQUASTAT_FAO Information System in Tunisia
– National Focal Point of the Pan-African System “Water Sanitation Sector Monitoring and Reporting System – WASSMO”
– Member of the Network of Experts of the Sahara and Sahel Observatory (OSS)
– SDG6 monitoring focal point for UN-Water
